Ingredients
60 Ore-Ida Tater TotsTM frozen potatoes (from 32-oz bag)
1 tbs Old El Paso Original Taco Seasoning Mix (from 1-oz package)
3/4 cup Shredded Mexican Style 4 Cheese Blend
4 slices bacon
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
3 tbs chopped green onions
Directions

1. Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 12 regular-size muffin cups with cooking spray.

 

2. In large bowl, mix frozen potatoes with taco seasoning mix until thoroughly coated.

 

3. Place 5 potato pieces in each muffin tin cup. Bake 15 minutes. Using back of metal spoon, press potatoes to form cups. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crispy and set.

 

4. Fill each cup with cheese and bacon. Bake 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 minutes. Use small spatula to carefully transfer cups to serving platter.

 

5. Top cups with crema, tomatoes and green onions.
